Management OUR APPROACHarrow_right_altOur Approach
Honey Capital Management was established to meld advanced risk management strategies with machine learning capabilities. Utilizing proprietary algorithms, the firm develops predictive models capable of analyzing multi-billion point datasets to construct portfolios characterized by optimized risk-reward parameters. Data is continuously ingested from multiple external sources, enabling real-time portfolio update recommendations. These recommendations are subsequently subjected to a rigorous review process prior to execution. In summary, Honey Capital Management leverages both machine learning and seasoned expertise to formulate a robust approach to portfolio construction.
removeOUR PRODCUTSOur Products
The firm's inaugural offering is the ETA30 Fund, formulated with the objective of delivering superior returns relative to the S&P 500, while concurrently minimizing portfolio volatility. The Fund's primary asset allocation consists of U.S. large-cap equities, chosen based on our predictive models to achieve minimal second order correlation. Weekly trading opportunities are algorithmically identified to both augment returns and mitigate risk exposure. These opportunities include buying and/or selling options on individual stocks or stock indices, as well as the execution of pair trades to long and short specific sectors within the S&P 500. To further control risk, a liquidity reserve comprising approximately 20% of the portfolio is maintained in cash or U.S. Treasury bills. This allocation serves to attenuate volatility, facilitate cash flow, and secure short positions.
